VIRGINIA BEACH
Beach police are looking for a 19-year-old man they believe was involved in an armed street robbery last month.
Arrest warrants have been filed against Richard Richardson Jr., of the 3100 block of Green Lakes Circle, for robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony. Police did not release any additional details about the Sept. 7 incident. The case remains under investigation.
Richardson is described as being black, standing about 5-foot-11. He has black braided or dreadlocked hair and several tattoos on his arms.
