Weather: Warmer temperatures return today

Enjoy warmer temperatures today because the highs the rest of the week are expected to dip back into the 40s, the National Weather Service says.

Today’s high will be in the low 50s with winds out of the west at 9 to 14 mph, the weather service says.

The low tonight and Friday night will be in the 20s, the weather service says.

Warmer temperatures should return Monday when the high is expected to be in the upper 50s.

The weather service also has issued a small craft advisory and a gale warning off the coast.
