Mark Ruffalo's brother dead
Scott Ruffalo has lost his fight for life. Exactly one week after being shot in the head, and mere hours after the prime suspect surrendered to police, Mark Ruffalo's 39-year-old hairstylist brother succumbed to his injury. He died late Monday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Tight end revealed!
UH OH! Minnesota Vikings tight end Visanthe Shiancoe has been exposed. While in the locker-room, his towel slipped off as he stood before Fox cameras for less than a sec. That was enough time for someone to post an image of him on the Net. Cube says: "Go find your own naked pictures. I feel for the guy."
Call in gay day
Wednesday is a "Day with Gay." As a form of protest same-sex marriage supporters are urging people to "call in gay" Wednesday to show how much the country relies on gays and lesbians. Organizers of "Day Without a Gay" - scheduled to coincide with International Human Rights Day and modeled after similar work stoppages by Latino immigrants - also are encouraging people to perform volunteer work and refrain from spending money. The idea is to show the community how much it relies on the gay community.
Britney's dancers get drug tested
Who knew that the first thing you would hear after being hired to dance for Britney Spears would be, "Fill this, please." A source tells E! News that, in an effort to keep the on-track pop star free from negative influences, her camp is requiring that all of her backup dancers submit to drug tests. "They all had to be drug tested and, if they didn't pass, they were fired," the insider says. "I think they only do it for her because she is under strict watch," the source adds, noting that drug testing is not common practice. (Yet, maybe spending time with the pop star will make people want to do drugs.)
Clay Aiken (aka Gayken) has a BF
Life is grand for Clay Aiken. Out of the closet, a new son, and now, a boyfriend. “Gayken” met Reed Kelly - a Broadway dancer - while working on Spamalot in early 2008, which is one of the reasons Aiken returned to the show now. The couple stepped out at last month's Building Dreams for Kids gala, hosted by Rosie O'Donnell and fellow attendees said, "It was obvious they were a couple."
Pulitzer Prize to include online content
Cube says wahoo for the online community. The Pulitzer Prizes, the most prestigious award in American journalism awards, announced Monday they were expanding to include online-only publications in all of its 14 categories. Since 2006 online was included in two areas: breaking news and breaking-news photography.

That's it for Tuesday's Cube...
It's now time for another grande latte.
