Tropical Storm Hanna proved to be one of the more harmless storms to hit the Outer Banks. Residents and businesses were prepared for the worst; what they got was a brief driving rain and a good stiff wind. So, instead of shooting flooding, shelters and power outages, I was able to find two local boys enjoying the breeze with a tarp and their skateboards.
