Sadler back in 19 car but do you really want him there?

Elliott's long cold winter is over. He'll be back in the 19 car after reports indicated company employees were told around Christmas that AJ Allmendinger would replace Sadler in the car even though Sadler had signed a contract extension that would go through the 2010 season.

 Upon hearing this, Sadler's attorney filed a notice in court saying the driver intended to claim a breach of contract and then the fun began.

 Well, Gillett Evernham Motorsports CEO Tom Reddin confirmed on Sirius Satellite Radio today that Sadler will be back in the 19 car this season. Reddin said the team is working on a deal with Allmendinger. The only seat available (the team already has Kasey Kahne in the 9, Sadler in the 19 and Reed Sorenson in the 43 car) is a fourth entry with sponsorship, as of now, for only eight races. The plan would be to put Allmendinger in that fourth car and run him as much as sponsorship allows. He ran the final five races for GEM last year, posting four top-16 finishes in the 10 car that Patrick Carpentier started the season in.

 Yet, in an unscientific poll at Scenedaily.com, fans were asked who would you put in the 19 car Allmendinger or Sadler? At last check, Allmendinger had more than 80 percent of the vote.

 So where are you Sadler fans?
