SPSA must be sold
Every citizen in every city using SPSA ought to contact his or her city council and demand that SPSA be sold to a private investor. Its leaders think we should pay for their gross mismanagement any time they get into financial trouble.
We should not stand for it. These are hard economic times, and every dollar should be spent wisely. Further support for incompetence and mismanagement should not be an option. Maybe having a private company monopoly could be bad; however, if the agreements are written correctly, the cities should be protected.
