Police identify man killed on E. Little Creek Road

Norfolk police have identified a man shot and killed this morning at an apartment complex on East Little Creek Road.

The man killed is Kenyon Woolard, 35, police said.

Police got a call about an argument at 2:52 a.m. from the 400 block of E. Little Creek, said Chris Amos, a police department spokesman.  

When officers arrived, they found the man dead inside an apartment, Amos said. 

No arrests have been made.
