Officials at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport canceled the launch of the Minotaur I rocket shortly after 8 p.m. tonight due to inclement weather.

They will decide later tonight whether to resume the countdown Wednesday or wait as late as Saturday. The rocket, fueled partly by motors from old Minuteman nuclear missiles, is carrying several satellites.
