Police have charged two people in more than 40 commercial and residential burglaries that began in October.

Gregory Graham, 28, of Virginia Beach was arrested Tuesday and charged with breaking and entering with the intent to commit a felony, grand larceny, and obtaining money by false pretenses.

Cameron Allen, 20, of Norfolk was arrested Wednesday and charged with forging public records, two counts of breaking and entering with the intent to commit a felony, identity fraud to avoid arrest, and revocation of a suspended sentence. Both were being held in the Virginia Beach Correctional Facility without bond, a Virginia Beach police news release said.

More than 40 burglaries between Oct. 11 and April 27 have been linked to the two men, the release said. The burglaries occurred in residences in the Emerald Point section of the city and businesses in Hilltop, Great Neck and Laskin Village.

Police continue to investigate the burglaries.
