NORFOLK
A suspended Granby High School teacher pleaded guilty in federal court this afternoon to downloading child pornography on his home computer.
Shon M. Walter, 50, faces a minimum of five years in prison when he is sentenced in September. He admitted downloading the images on two occasions.
Walter had been teaching computer technology at Granby until his arrest in April. He’s been suspended without pay and has been in jail without bond since then.
