BO knows and knew exactly what "Rev" (I use the term loosely) Wright espouses/ed. Amazing how he distanced himself when it became politically expedient.

But now a Black Man is in the White House, he is The Man.

So we have to find another excuse.

More excuses, more blame shifting, more lack of responsibility.

Some folks have gone on a rant on-line in the comments about the Holocaust Museum shooting and have called that nut a far right terrorist. Surely he is a terrorist, but not from either side, per se.
We know that totalitarianism is generally called communism when it goes to the left and fascism when it goes to the right. So people try to connect Holocaust denial to Adolf Hitler, fascism, and the right.
It doesn't work. After all, I was born ten years after World War II to a Republican presidency that would not have claimed any relationship to Adolf Hitler's regime nor beliefs. In a Republic, you really can't connect those dots. Even Roosevelt and Truman would not have put Republicans and fascists in the same camp, but our nation was not nearly so divided back then.

As much as I hate to say it, religion has been the reason for many wars. We need to remove religion from our government. We need to stop allowing organizations forming that serve only one race, ethnic background. It just serves to fractionalize this nation. When we count people, that is what we should be counting, not blacks, whites, lutherans, babtists, whatever. We are here to help and grow together, not seperate. Renounce stupidy and radicalism.

You really have to wonder why the "Reverend" keeps being invited to speak intellectually at a conference in Hampton and other venues. The faith community must truly believe what this man says. Too bad Obama is missing out.

It is all a lie, and what rev wright said has some merit. Obama is a politician and he has done what almost all politicians will do regardless of what you believe in you will put your religious beliefs aside in the name of politics. Things have become so corrupt in our government that you cant say I am a Christan, catholic or any other religious type. I am a Christan I may not be a perfect Christan but I will not put my religious beliefs aside for any man or thing on this earth. I will not push my religion on any person unless they ask me. I love my country and believe in it. We are not a perfect country mistakes have been made and they will continue to be made. I did not vote for Obama but he is my leader and I will respect that fact until next election when I exercise my right to vote again. What happened to GOD BLESS AMERICA that is why we have been a strong nation and have prospered so well. You cant have a house divided and that is what has happened in this country and is happening all over the world. I pray for all my leaders down to my next door neighbor no mater if we don't see eye to eye.

Also, if Kerry Dougherty had not noted that the Norfolk assessors were asking to be let into houses, the Pilot would have missed that story, too. Columnists as reporters!!!

It appears that this guy just doesn't know when to shut the HECK up.
