Norfolk airport reports drop in travelers this year

NORFOLK

Norfolk International Airport had a 3.33 percent decrease in passenger traffic in May with 323,250 passengers, compared with last May's 334,378.

The passenger count for the first five months of 2009 was 1.35 million, a 4.57 percent decrease over the same time period in 2008.
