Wednesday was a scorcher and the hot weather helped set off a few isolated storms during the evening, but we may not be done yet.

Today will be another very warm day with highs climbing to near 90 degrees. It will be partly to mostly sunny for the majority of the day, but heat, a slight increase in humidity and a weak front may produce a stray shower or storm, especially during the afternoon.

We do have a cooler Friday coming up with partly to mostly sunny skies and a high near 83 degrees. Friday will likely be the most pleasant day of the next seven.

The Fourth of July will be warmer with highs in the upper 80s.

Skies Saturday will be partly sunny and the weather still looks good for fireworks later that night. Isolated storms will be possible late Sunday and Monday.
