Former Norfolk officer pleads guilty to filing false report

NORFOLK

A former police officer pleaded guilty Friday to a a misdemeanor charge of filing a false police report.

Gregory W. Dudley, 24, entered an Alford plea, in which he did not admit guilt but conceded the evidence was sufficient to convict him.

He received a one-year suspended jail sentence and a $500 fine and under the terms of a plea agreement, a felony charge of procuring false testimony was not prosecuted.

Dudley had been accused of giving false information about an October 2008 arrest.

This false report is just the one he admitted to

What about the false reports in which he hasn't been caught? What about the other cops who do the same thing?

All convictions associated with this cop should be overturned.

If everything is Obama's fault then it must be his fault that the unemployment numbers have improved, the housing market has improved and the stock market has recovered to Oct 08 numbers.

Note that this took place in October 2008 -- just days before BHO was elected president.

Now what does Obama have to do with him filing a false report? You need to wake up. He did a crime so he should be punished. With or without Obama in office.
