One Chesapeake attorney is leading the charge to petition for additional relief from motor vehicle-related taxes and fees. By Friday, he garnered nearly 2,000 signatures, which will be shared with Chesapeake City Council before their regular meeting Tuesday to discuss the proposed fiscal 2024 budget.
