New Suffolk traffic light operational this morning

Drivers along South Quay Road and O'Kelly Drive will find a change today.

A new traffic light installed there began working at 10 a.m., according to a Suffolk news release. The Fire Department requested the signal so emergency workers at the nearby Holland Fire Station can get onto South Quay Road faster and more safely.
