Police identify motorcyclist who died in Chesapeake crash

CHESAPEAKE

Police identified David Hines, 43, of Virginia Beach as the man killed in a motorcycle crash Saturday night.

The crash was reported at 9:18 p.m. in the 1100 block of Land of Promise Road, off Centerville Turnpike South, said Officer Dorienne Boykin, a police spokeswoman. They had not determined the cause of the crash, Boykin said.
