Police have charged a 32-year-old man in the death of his wife, who was found in a vehicle in Isle of Wight County Tuesday.
Darren M. Moseley of the 500 block of Causey Ave. was charged with the first-degree murder of Cathy Moseley, 27, according to a Suffolk news release.
Cathy Moseley was reported missing Monday by her husband and her mother. Both told police Friday was the last day they had seen or heard from her. Darren Moseley told police that his wife had left their home while he was out purchasing cigarettes, shortly after they had a discussion about trying to fix their marital problems, the news release said.
Her body was found with multiple stab wounds in a vehicle in Isle of Wight County Tuesday, according to the release.
