Tonight, Oct. 28, Thievery Corporation fans who paid $75 for a ticket will go backstage.
Those who paid $40 will go to a DJed after-concert party with those who paid $75.
Those who pay the general-admission price ($25), well... You still get to see a critically-acclaimed band put on a rare local show along with the others who paid more.
Thievery Corporation is touring through the states this month on its latest album "Radio Retaliation." It's the duo's fifth independent studio album. According to Thievery's Website, the album is filled with socio-political messages and is inspired bands like the Clash and Public Enemy. It's also a fun album to which to groove, says bloggers for HamptonRoads.com's Music Muse.
