The fest starts on Wednesday, Dec. 2, with "Stop the Bombs" and a discussion on a nuclear-free future, led by Frida Berrigan, daughter of peace activists Philip Berrigan and Liz McAlister. The event starts at 7:15 p.m. at the Naro, 1507 Colley Ave.
Other films include:
FRIDAY
"The Messenger," about a combat-seasoned soldier whose emotional detachment erodes as a casualty notification officer when he falls for a widow whose husband was killed in action.
Dec. 11-12
