Nurses to give vaccine at elementary schools

The city Health Department's nursing teams will visit four elementary schools beginning Friday to give children and staff members the H1N1 flu vaccine.

Norview Elementary 's clinic will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday. On Monday, nurses will visit Granby Elementary at 9 a.m. and Suburban Park Elementary at 12:30 p.m. On Tuesday, Oakwood Elementary will have its vaccine clinic at 1 p.m.

Parents who want their children to receive a vaccine must turn in a completed, signed consent form to the school; they may go with their children when they get the vaccines. The shots are free.
