Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting of two men Thursday morning in the Freemason Street parking deck.
Investigators arrested Brandon Deshawn Bethea Sr., 24, of the 2600 block of King Court in Chesapeake, a police statement said. He was arrested in the 1100 block of Oldwood St. in Chesapeake.
Two men were shot about 2 a.m. inside the garage during an argument. One was in critical condition at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and the other received non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Police did not release their names.
