Free preschool pass from Busch Gardens

Posted to: Entertainment Spotlight Williamsburg - James City

Youngsters get a break today through Sept. 6 at Busch Gardens with the Free Sesame Street Forest of Fun Preschool Pass.

Children ages 5 and younger get unlimited admission to the park to enjoy its newest attraction for the little ones. Adults who accompany the children must pay the park's admission fee.

Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby and many other Sesame Street characters hang out at the Forest of Fun, which turns a year old this season. The junior roller coaster, wet and dry playgrounds, and live musical performances are just for children and parents. For those who work up an appetite, there is the Dine with Elmo lunch or dinner buffet where the furry red monster and his fuzzy friends shake hands, mingle and serve up kid-friendly favorites.

Advance registration is required at www.buschgardens.com/va. After registering, the child's parent or guardian must take the confirmation and valid identification (original certified birth certificate or travel passport) to the park's ticket window.
