In city inspections, the majority of the hotels with the most violations were along the Oceanfront, though not all Oceanfront spots had violations. The vast majority of Beach hotels had four or fewer violations, but a handful had more than 10 - ranging from dirty sheets and toilets to, in rare instances, bugs and pests. (Related story.)
