Greatful

I am greatful that the people that have posted negative comments about PHISH didn't go to the show! Please keep disliking my favorite band so myself and my friends can continue purchasing tickets and having a great time!

they both suck

If it was not for the party atmosphere and a bunch of aimless fools that dont have much a life other than following a band -- then there would not be much left. As was Jerry - just a pied piper misleading misguided souls.

If I must .......

lets see -- if I must actually come up with a band that is capable up submitting to the battle, I would have to suggest Ween. They are one of the most unique bands one could ever encounter. I have seen jam bands til I am blue in the face. I have seen plenty of Gratefeal Dead shows, actually saw Widespread Panic at a local bar off of Newtown road so long ago it would make your head spin -- back then -- it was Widespread who -- only about 50 people in the bar -- just another band -- then the touring party came along and all of a sudden they had a following. Anyways -- listen to a few Ween albums and come to an understanding what it truly means to rock!

Sounds like the night was great

I've heard nothing but positive response. To the post that tried to compare WSP to Phish; What? Do a little research before posting just upon your personal likes or dislikes. Not a huge fan of either bands but I love Phish's approach and spirit of community. They definitely deserve the torch after the death of Jerry Garcia brought down that experience... Hands down !!! and may concerts be more like the environment they work towards. It to me is the best there is and how bands should model themselves in creating harmony between infrastructure and fan

Phish is awesome, I wish I'd

Phish is awesome, I wish I'd gone but I didn't get the chance. I wish the pilot had taken more pictures of the show but they didn't even get pictures of all the band members. Besides one picture of the drummer, the rest of the pictures are of Trey. There's more to the band than Trey Anastasio.

Who gives a ?

Who cares about Phish. Intelos will sell out more if they get some decent groups to come to town. They only cater to a certain age group and race when it comes to scheduling tours. But, that's okay. Intelos won't last long, and the reason won't be Mayor Holley.

What about....

Earth, Wind and Fire, 70's Soul Jam, BB King, Fresh Fest, and the UMJOA Festival?

Why should race have

Why should race have anything to do with it? Why can't it just be able liking whatever music like and going to those shows? Race has no part in this discussion and it is silly to even bring it up. Clearly a lot of people care about Phish if this was the first sold out show they've had in 4 years.
