Team of two
OK, now I have only two U.S. politicians whom I admire. Bill DeSteph, a Virginia Beach city councilman known for small 'gubbament' views and for having taken a public stand against the New York City mosque, and Scott Taylor, GOP candidate for the 2nd District congressional seat, for publicly defending the three Navy SEALS wrongly accused of punching a terrorist in the gut.
Both are young men of experience and accomplishment who make me proud that they chose to pursue political careers in Virginia. Two is a mighty small nucleus for totally transforming the structure of American politics, but I'd be willing to give it a try. It has to be an improvement over the sorry mess we have now.

So predictable
Big surprise, the VBTA supports Desteph.
I've got news for you sir, you won't have one of your favorites (Taylor) around after today and the other (Desteph) after November.
How does someone with "small government views"
think he has a right to tell the government in another state what to do?
