A Virginia Beach man faces an Aug. 12 date in federal court to face charges that he exposed himself in the Navy Exchange at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek.
Court papers filed this week charge Keon R. Thornton, 20, with indecent exposure and making an obscene sexual display, both misdemeanors.
A loss prevention supervisor caught Thornton on July 8 masturbating in the juniors clothing department at the Little Creek Navy Exchange, according to the court papers. Thornton was issued a summons that day and released.
