Weather forecast: July 4th weekend is looking great

It's another gorgeous day for Hampton Roads.

The highs will reach 80 under mostly sunny skies near the coast. The highs will be in the lower to mid-80s inland. The upcoming weekend looks great as well, but it will get warmer. Highs Saturday will be in the lower to mid-80s. Sunday's temperatures will top out around 90.

Fireworks displays will have almost ideal conditions. Skies Sunday night will be mainly clear and the winds will be light.

Warmer weather will build across the region early next week. Highs will be back in the lower to mid-90s. We will have a chance of isolated showers or storms by Thursday.
