Fire investigators have ruled the cause of a July 4 blaze that injured four people and displaced 18 at a condominium complex was improperly discarded smoking materials.
The fire at Daybreak Condominiums began on a deck and spread to 12 units, destroying the entire building, authorities said.
One person jumped from the third floor of the building. Two residents and two firefighters were taken to a hospital.
The complex is located in the 12000 block of Daybreak Circle.
