With a cold front crossing the region this morning, a cool and stable air mass is going to settle in for the next few days, providing very pleasant conditions.

Under mostly sunny skies, highs will remain in the lower 80s today. It will be sunny and slightly cooler Friday and Saturday, with highs in the upper 70s. By Sunday, we will find increasing clouds and a chance for a few scattered showers or a storm.

Tropical Storm Igor stalled early this morning about 3,500 miles from Norfolk. It is expected to resume a westward track and may develop into a hurricane in the coming days. There is plenty of time to monitor developments.
