Cities set times for Sunday's trick-or-treating

Trick-or-treating will be observed Sunday in South Hampton Road cities. Children 12 and younger are allowed to participate in the door-to-door activity.

Here's the schedule:

Chesapeake: 6 to 8 p.m.

Norfolk and Suffolk: until 8 p.m.

Portsmouth and Virginia Beach: dusk to 8 p.m.

Ahh, Big Brother is here....

...to tell us how old you can be and when you can go Trick or Treating...Ok, on Christmas you must be under 15 to get presents and must open them before Noon....on Thanksgiving there can't be ANY trans fats in the meal and, if any child is obese, they can't have any stuffing...
