David Hasselhoff comes to NASCAR. Need we say more?

Auto Club Speedway announced that David Hasselhoff, recently kicked off "Dancing with the Stars,'' will perform the national anthem for Saturday's Nationwide race at the track.

So, are you going to watch just to see how he performs if nothing else?

If not you might be missing out. According to the track's release, Hasselhoff is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as "The Most Watched TV Star in the World'' from his appearances on "The Young and the Restless,'' "Knight Rider'' and "Baywatch,'' among other shows. Hasselhoff and his daughters are set to launch a reality show on A&E titled "Meet the Hasselhoffs.'' The program is set to debut at the end of the year.

OK, if you had a choice in the matter, who would be among the people or groups you would like to see peform the national anthem at a NASCAR race.
