Two more Amerigroup Corp. directors sell shares

Two more Amerigroup Corp. directors have sold shares in the Virginia Beach-based health insurer.

On Nov. 22, Kay Coles James sold 2,500 shares she received as restricted stock grants in 2008 for about $110,000, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Tuesday, Uwe Reinhardt exercised options to buy 15,001 shares and immediately sold the same amount of stock, according to a separate SEC filing. Reinhardt paid $10.63 each to exercise the options and sold the shares for $43.50 apiece, netting about $493,000 before taxes.

A handful of other Amerigroup directors and executives completed similar sales in November.
