Nothing found after bomb threat to Chesapeake courts

CHESAPEAKE

A bomb threat prompted officials to evacuate the General District and Circuit Court building this morning.

The call came in about 9:30 a.m., according to sheriff’s deputies and court officials.

The building was checked, and nothing was found. The building was reopened before 10 a.m.
