Child's body found under shed of Gloucester couple

GLOUCESTER

Authorities think they have found the body of a young child under the shed of a house that belongs to a couple accused of child abuse, according to the Daily Press.

Police arrested Shannon and Brian Gore last night and charged them with criminal child abuse, the report said.

They found the body around 8:30 p.m. Friday. The body was taken to the medical examiner’s office in Richmond.

The sheriff’s office originally went to the Gores’ home Thursday night to investigate a burglary.

They found the Gores' young daughter trapped inside a crib, naked and covered in feces, according to the report.
