A man robbed a Walgreens at King Richard Drive and Little Neck Road this morning.

He entered the store at 9:39 a.m., approached the pharmacy counter and implied he had a weapon, then demanded medication, a police news release says. The store is at 3376 Virginia Beach Blvd.

When the man left the store he was seen heading toward a nearby Hardee’s.

No injuries were reported.

The man was white, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches tall and weighed about 185 pounds with a stocky build, police said. He wore a black mask, burgundy shirt with a collar and short sleeves, gray or green shorts and knee-length socks with high-top tennis shoes. He also wore gloves and dark sunglasses.
