Historic St. Luke's Church, circa 1632, affectionately known as "The Old Brick", is the Oldest Church of English Foundation in America and it's only Original Gothic Architecture. Through the years, British Revolutionary War soldiers and Confederate Civil War soldiers camped under the great oaks. Now a non - profit foundation, Historic St. Luke's Restoration, Inc., St. Lukes is open for guided historic tours of the church and grounds. It is also available for weddings and special events. St. Luke's is a National Historic Landmark, Virginia Landmark, a Garden Club of Virginia Restoration and a Historic Shrine.
