What we know about Virginia International Gateway’s outage, when power should be restored

A minor power outage at Virginia International Gateway should be cleared up by midday Friday, according to a spokesperson.

Maple Tree Pancake House was a breakfast staple in the resort area for 42 years. Roulla and Reino Lindroos owned and operated it, but after the 2023 fire, they decided to retire. Atlantic Waffle Co. will take its place.
