One man has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of Dekar Jones, who died June 18 in the 1700 block of Selden Ave.
Marcus Jerome Deering was arrested in Chesapeake early Thursday. Police are looking for two other suspects: Rashad Amard Deering and Jayquon Terrell Norman.
