The Mid-Autumn Moon Festival is planned for late summer. Oktoberfest occurs in September...and doesn't involve beer. In fact, over half of the "Fall Festivals" happen before Autumn.
Octoberfest
Octoberfest has actually been historically celebrated in September since its inception about 200 years ago in Germany. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest! Ja, gute!
