HAMPTON

Joint Base Langley will hold a base-wide training exercise today using search planes, boats and smoke.

Individuals visiting or working on the base should expect traffic delays, the 633rd Air Base public affairs office said.

The exercise, it said, is designed to improve the base's preparedness for emergency situations. Units from the Navy and the Coast Guard will participate in the daylong exercise.
