McDonnell to appear with Trump for vineyard opening

RICHMOND

Wine, real estate and maybe politics - but not hair styling tips - are the likely topics of discussion when Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell and renowned businessman Donald Trump meet next week in Virginia.

The men will gather Tuesday to celebrate the opening of Trump Vineyard Estates on a sprawling property and winery in Albemarle County purchased by the developer and reality TV star.

Among those scheduled to be in attendance are McDonnell, first lady Maureen McDonnell, Trump and Patricia Kluge, from whom Trump acquired much of the property, formerly known as Kluge Estate. Kluge is now working for Trump as the winery's vice president of operations.

They'll be there to tout the Trump estate and Virginia's wine industry.

It's unclear whether Trump and McDonnell - both known for their heads of hair and criticism of President Barack Obama - will talk politics publicly.

Two country club blowhards

Two country club blowhards with women's hair sipping their wine and counting their dollars. HOT. Where do I sign up?

glad it survived

I know Patricia Kluge had a great ambition with these wines, and they are very good. I hope the winery will remain intact. I will look for them at the Virginia Winefest at Town Point Park!

Wine Month

Good move on Trumps part considering October is Virginia Wine Month.
