A 19-year-old woman pleaded guilty Thursday to charges related to an April 29 home invasion robbery at an Old Dominion University student housing complex.
Briana Gray, one of four ODU students charged in the incident at The District, pleaded guilty to robbery, abduction and two weapons charges.
Gray had phoned the victim, fellow student Marques Holmes, and said she thought she left her student ID in his room and that she would come by to get it, according to a stipulation of evidence.
When Holmes opened his door expecting Gray, two other students forced their way in, according to the summary.
Gray had led the two to the room and then went back to a car to wait. Another student also waited in the car, the summary states.
Bradley Chapman, 20, who has already pleaded guilty to the same charges, appeared to be armed; he had a painted toy gun. The other student in the room held the victim at knife-point.
Justin Smith, 20, is scheduled for a hearing Wednesday in the case, and Brandon Chapman, 23, is scheduled for a hearing later this month.
