Can't believe you ate the whole thing? Well, you probably did - and then some.
According to the people who study such things, the typical Thanksgiving feedbag packs 4,500 calories. That's twice the recommended daily amount - a gobble that would put any turkey to shame.
To burn off such a feast, you'd have to walk... hang on while we do the math... holy smokes... say it ain't so... 45 miles.
That's the distance from downtown Norfolk to Colonial Williamsburg.
Might wanna take a turkey sandwich along. And a wedge of pie, of course. And...

Misleading
This article is misleading, because you don't "burn off" calories that you've consumed from eating a big meal (or more accurately, "overeating").
Unless you engage in a regular, on-going exercise regimen, you'd be wasting your time walking 45 miles to "burn off" calories.

this article was just a waste of time. I was thinking there might be a good way to actually work off calories, but everybody knows you can't walk on bridge tunnel.I did eat the turkey sandwich and pie though.
