Zeontray Calvin Woodard was sentenced Friday to 40 years' imprisonment, with 11 years suspended, for the shooting death of Antonio Gorum, 33, in 2009. Woodard was sentenced to an additional 6-1/2 years for a probation violation and a weapons charge.
Police found Gorum's body in an apartment in the 300 block of East Little Creek Road.
