Where were they? It would be nice to know...
...what ship they were on or where they were on duty during the attack. Thanks.
That information is in the story
If you read the story here: http://hamptonroads.com/2011/11/last-witnesses-memories-pearl-harbor-attack the information about where each person was during the attack is listed with their names.
Thank you for the link!
I only saw the video story for some reason.
In these dangerous times
In these dangerous times when our media refuses to show victims of 911 jumping from the towers because it is too upsetting and when our Commander-In-Chief will not refer to terrorist as terrorist or is reluctant to use the term Islamic extremist it is even more important that we remain vigilant and strong.
These brave American sailors are a living testament to the courage of our servicemen. They need to be remembered for their bravery and as a testament to temember what can happen if our Nation loses its resolve to be prepared to defend ourselves.
Remember Pearl Harbor and Remember 911.
God bless
all of you. This is one day that will never be forgotten. The story will be told forever. Thanks to all of you for your service.
Military Aviation Museum
Here's a chance to meet and say thank you to these veterans for their service!! Come to the Military Aviation Museum on Saturday, at 11:00 a.m. 10 Dec to hear 2 veterans of the Pearl Harbor attack tell their stories. The discussion is followed by a flight demonstration of the museum's original WWII P-40E Kittyhawk fighter plane - this is the same type of plane that attacked the Japanese aircraft duing the attack! The museum is located at 1341 Princess Anne Rd. in Virginia Beach.
Thank you for your service to the nation
All of you are hero's in my world. I wonder if the call to duty came today how many would step up? I have the greatest respect and admiration for your generation. You are what makes this country great.
Ladies and Gentlemen
We thank you.
