NORFOLK
The 11th annual homeless memorial walk is set for Wednesday, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Salvation Army at 5525 Raby Rd. and ending at the Union Mission at 5100 E. Virginia Beach Blvd., where a candlelight ceremony and vigil will be held.
