Culpepper Landing to host Spring 2012 builders show

CHESAPEAKE

Homearama, the Tidewater Builders Association's semiannual showcase of new homes, will be held in May at the Culpepper Landing community in Chesapeake, the association announced Tuesday.

Culpepper Landing hosted the Fall 2009 Homearama and featured 12 homes, ranging in price from about $350,000 to more than $500,000. The association will hold a lot drawing Tuesday for builders who wish to participate in next spring's show. The drawing will take place at the clubhouse at Culpepper Landing. The builders group hopes to feature between 10 and 12 homes in the spring show, said Mary Prier, a spokeswoman for the association.
