Eastern Shore authorities investigating homicide

Eastern Shore authorities are investigating the shooting death of an Onancock woman.

Kiara Shanee Corbin, 25, sustained a gunshot wound in her apartment, according to The Daily Times. She later died at a hospital.

Alphonso Gregory Logan Jr., 27 and also of Onancock, was arrested at the scene and charged with malicious wounding and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, the newspaper reported.

The paper reported that authorities said the shooting resulted from a domestic dispute.
