Photos: Portsmouth hosts students' robot competition

At the Winter Hampton Roads Regional VEX Competition at I.C. Kaleb Bartlay, 14, from Woodbridge High School was on the red team during the VEX Robotics competition at I.C. Norcom High School on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011, in Portsmouth. His school's name is "the Vikings" so he wore a hat to match the name. (David B. Holingsworth | The Virginian-Pilot)
